Cancellation Policy

Reservations may be canceled for a full refund within 48 hours of booking confirmation, provided the check-in date is more than 30 days away.

After the 48-hour cancellation period:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in are eligible for a 50% refund of the reservation amount.

• Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable.

• A 3% credit card processing fee is non-refundable on all canceled reservations.

Last-Minute Reservations

Reservations booked within 7 days of the scheduled check-in date are non-refundable immediately upon booking. The 48-hour cancellation period does not apply to last-minute reservations.

Third-Party Bookings

If your reservation was made through a third-party platform such as Airbnb, VRBO, or Booking.com, please refer to the cancellation policy displayed on that platform, as policies may vary.
